APRIL 28, 2011 – LAVAL, QUEBEC – Critical Elements Corporation (TSX.V: CRE) (US OTCQX: FGEXF) (FSE: F12) is pleased to announce the recent drill results for the Rose Lithium-Tantalum project. The table below shows the results for holes LR-10-147 to LR-10-155, which were drilled to test zone extensions to the north and east. The holes all intersected the mineralized zones. However, for Hole LR-10-149 intersected the mineralized zone within a fault, and core recovery within the zone was therefore only about 30%, which does not allow for representative grade estimation for this hole. Zones enriched in Tantalum were also intersected in the immediate vicinity of the main Rose zone. These various zones returned up to one pound per tonne in some areas. All these results will be included in the new resource estimate.
Critical has drilled 26 new holes on the Rose showing, including three exploration holes, as well as six other holes on the JR showing. The results for these holes are expected in the coming weeks. Holes LR-10-156 to LR-10-178 will also be included in the new resource estimate.
A map showing the location of the holes drilled on the Rose Lithium-Tantalum project can be found in the Projects section of Critical´s website.

All the samples were sent for analysis in sealed containers to the Chemex laboratory in Val-d´Or by Critical employees. Chemex is the laboratory used for analysis of all samples from exploration program on the Rose Lithium-Tantalum property. The samples are weighed and identified prior to sample preparation. The samples are crushed to 70% minus 2 mm, then separated and pulverized to 85% passing 75 µM. All samples are analyzed using ICP-MS, with full analysis for 47 elements.
The Corporation regrets to announce the departure of Daniel Kivari. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Kivari for his contribution.
Critical Elements Corporation is worKing toward a future transition from Tantalum and lithium exploration company to a development company with project in Quebec and British Columbia, Canada. Critical is engaged in executing its strategic plan, which involves fast-tracKing its Rose deposit to the commercial production stage. The wholly-owned Rose deposit is located near Nemiscau, Quebec.
